Lifetime Playground Equipment 10 Year Limited Warranty

Lifetime Swing Sets and Playground Equipment are made of the finest materials and are manufactured to strict tolerances. They are resistant to not only significant heat and cold, but heavy winds and snow loads as well. Due to their high-quality materials and engineering Lifetime Swing Sets and Playground Equipment experience very few defective problems.

Product Warranty. Lifetime warrants that for a period of 10 years from date of delivery to the end user that the swing set or playground equipment is warranted against damage or breakage caused by any defects in materials or workmanship subject to the exclusions set forth below.

Warranty for Repairs. Lifetime warrants that any defective part will be replaced without additional expense to the customer.

Warranty Exclusions. The Warranty provided by Lifetime under this Agreement excludes any damage or deficiencies caused by or resulting from accident, fire, other hazards or extreme acts of nature; or alteration, modification, misuse, tampering, negligence, improper installation, maintenance conducted by unauthorized personnel, misapplication, mishandling or abuse of the play equipment. Notwithstanding the above, this warranty does not apply where the swing set or playground equipment is not installed and used strictly in accordance with Lifetime ’s specification and user manual, which are included with the swing set.

Without derogation from the above, Lifetime is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage in connection with the use of the swing set or playground equipment. This warranty is given to the original purchaser only.
